BOSTON, MA - The National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) recognized Boston Capital, the Boston-based real estate investment firm founded by Jack Manning in 1974, as the largest owner of apartments in the country (click here for complete survey results). With more than 157,423 units across 49 states, the District of Columbia and two U.S. territories, Boston Capital retained the top spot on the NMHC 50 owners list for the third year in a row, and marked its 21st year in the top 10.
