COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - Griffis/Blessing has been chosen to manage the 150-unit, garden-style community Broadmoor Terrace Apartments in Colorado Springs. The community offers a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, on-site laundry and picnic areas. The apartment interiors provide residents with fully appointed kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, and some homes have balconies/patios and fireplaces.
