Multifamily Developer Milhaus Appoints Quentin Jennings as General Counsel to Lead and Guide The Firm on Corporate Legal Matters

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner and operator of Class-A multifamily properties, announces today that Quentin Jennings has been hired as General Counsel. Jennings has served as an attorney with reputable companies over the past 18 years and will use this experience to lead and guide Milhaus on all corporate legal matters, including recapitalizations, organizational structuring, and compliance related to corporate agreements.

Jennings recently served as a Partner at Polsinelli P.C., an AmLaw 100 firm with 900 attorneys in 21 offices nationwide. While serving as a Partner, he acted as a strategic associate on a wide range of commercial transactions, ranging from $100,000 to $250 million, including the negotiation of fundamental business concerns and issues. In his role of General Counsel, Jennings will be a key Milhaus team member advising on strategic growth initiatives, overseeing all real estate and finance transactions, and corporate governance, in addition to overseeing all legal needs and third-party legal providers to Milhaus.

“I’m looking forward to working with the dynamic, intelligent and incredibly talented team at Milhaus,” said Jennings. “Milhaus is an excellent organization that brings unique living environments to residents throughout the U.S., and I’m excited to help guide the team on legal needs within the multi-family space.”
