Frankforter Group has purchased Stanton Yards, a 164-unit garden-style property in Fulton County, 5 miles southwest of Downtown Atlanta.
Previously known as Maple Haven, Stanton Yards is a gated community conveniently located halfway between Atlanta's central business district and the Hartfield-Jackson Airport, thus providing its residents with access to a wide array of jobs, services, and entertainment options.
Built in 1965, the property underwent a major overhaul in 2020, which Frankforter Group is committed to pursuing in the coming months and which consists of a $3M improvement plan ranging from unit remodeling and amenities improvement to a significant clubhouse enhancement.
