TAMPA, FL - Strategic Property Partners, LLC (“SPP”), the developer behind the Water Street Tampa mixed-use development on Tampa’s waterfront, today announces move-ins of its first residents to Asher, the newest collection of rental residences in the 56-acre live-work-play neighborhood. Method Co. is also opening ROOST Tampa, an elevated extended-stay hotel option with move-in ready studio, one- and two-bedroom homes at Asher. ROOST Tampa is expected to open in early summer.
