ATLANTA, GA - RAM Partners LLC, the award-winning, full-service property management company, today announced Steven Faltz has joined its executive team as Vice President of Operations. He will primarily lead the fast-growing Southwest-based portfolio in this new role, including Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
Faltz was most recently a Regional Vice President for JLB Partners and brings more than 30 years of experience in all areas of property management. In addition, he previously held leadership roles with Cottonwood, BH Management Services and Equity Residential.

Faltz is known as a team builder and mentor in the multifamily industry. He builds client relations and brings critical thinking and problem solving to everything he does. His experience runs the full spectrum of property management, including renovation/repositions and development/lease-ups in Class A, B and C assets. He holds both ARM and CPM designations.
