The 200-unit market rate multifamily property was constructed in 1977 and includes 17 two-story townhouse-style buildings and one leasing office. Amenities include package service, laundry facilities, onsite maintenance and property manager, door-to-door trash pickup, planned social activities, pet play area, clubhouse, storage space, fitness center, pool, tennis court, courtyard, and grill and picnic area.
The loan carries a 10-year term and was arranged for Mara Poling LLC.
