Weidner Apartment Homes Enters The Fort Worth Rental Market With Acquisition of 350-Unit Firestone at West 7th Apartments

FORT WORTH, TX - Weidner Apartment Homes, a privately-held global real estate investment and property management company, acquired the community Firestone at West 7th Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. This acquisition marks Weidner’s first community in Fort Worth, its 13th property in the Dallas Fort/Worth metroplex, and its 38th community in Texas.

Firestone at West 7th is located at 1001 W 7th St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, and was built in 1999. The site’s land area is 11.17 acres, and it holds 350 units, 530 parking spaces, and 12 buildings that are a mix of garden-style structures and mid-rise buildings. Firestone at West 7th offers some of the most well-appointed apartments in Fort Worth in one of the best locations in the city.

The community is within walking distance of the area’s largest employment center, the Central Business District (CBD). The CBD was recently named the number one downtown in the U.S., encompassing roughly 14 million square feet of office space and over 1,400 firms.
