COLUMBUS, OH - Guardian Water & Power, a national provider of submetering and utility cost recovery services, today announced the launch of its new website guardianwp.com.

The new website has been optimized to summarize the regulatory environment in 72 U.S. metropolitan areas, spotlighting local utility news affecting the submetering industry with contact information for local utility providers and multifamily trade associations.

Guardian also offers enhanced online account management tools for multifamily and commercial properties including bill pay options, financial and energy analytics, and real time resident tracking functionality.
