CHICAGO, IL - Kiser Group is excited to announce the addition of Ari Skolnik and Andrew Smart to its growing team of real estate professionals. Both bring specialized expertise and a strong foundation in investment sales, underwriting, and client relationship development.

Ari Skolnik joins Kiser Group as an Associate, focusing on multifamily investments in the Wisconsin-Milwaukee area alongside Luis Robles. Early in his career, Ari gained experience through internships in property management, real estate finance, and client relationship development, providing him with a solid base in multifamily investment sales.
