DALLAS, TX - Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. has recently assumed management of a 10 property portfolio totaling 1,026 units, consisting of properties located in Texas and Mississippi. Five communities are completed, and two are new construction lease-ups.
Three additional properties will begin construction in 1st Quarter 2014. The Texas properties are located throughout the state in Longview, Abilene, Dallas, Denton, Waco and Tyler, and are supported by our Dallas/Ft.Worth and Abilene offices. Additionally, Capstone’s current presence in Mississippi is expanded by two properties, located in McComb and Long Beach.
Capstone is an industry leader in portfolio assimilation, and has the experience, personnel, and resources to ensure a smooth transition of both small and large portfolios. Our clients recognize this expertise, and have awarded us numerous other multiple property accounts over the years, ranging from 3 to 24 properties, including Homeowner’s Associations, commercial, and multi-family assets.
