TAMPA, FL - Real Estate property development veteran T. Nat Barganier has been named Vice President of Development for Florida-based The Altman Companies.
Announcing Barganier’s appointment was Joel Altman, Chairman of the Altman Companies, a Boca Raton, Florida-based firm that has developed, constructed, acquired and managed in excess of 22,000 multi-family units in Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas and North Carolina.
Based in Tampa, Barganier was most recently associated with two Florida real estate investment firms specializing in multi-family developments within the middle and southeast regions of the United States. Over a 29-year real estate career, he has developed Class A properties in Florida, Texas, Colorado and the Eastern United States. The total combined performance includes the transaction of 8,254 apartment residences, hotels, marinas and several hundred thousand square feet of multi-project retail/office space with a value of over $2.3 billion.
Barganier holds broker licenses in Florida and Texas and is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, Real Estate Investment Council, NAA National Apartment Association, TMA Turnaround Management Association and Bay Area Apartment Association.
