Grand Opening of Gallery Bethesda Apartment Community Provides a Taste of Life at the Top

BETHESDA, MD - At the end of their VIP tours through Bethesda’s newest residential building, guests were left amazed with what they saw awaiting them at the top of Gallery Bethesda. As they entered the sky lounge they were surrounded with beautiful views of Bethesda from 18 stories up. Between the breathtaking views and sunny skies guests were not only greeted with a sparkling pool, but greeted with the glimpse of a lifestyle unlike any other.

The day began with an open house including tours, waived application fees and fun; leading up to the ribbon cutting with the Bethesda Chamber of Commerce. Officially welcoming Gallery into the Bethesda community were: Brad Marson EVP/COO of Vantage Management, representatives from the office of Congressman Chris Van Hollen as well as the chamber members. The ceremony ended with a champagne toast and the VIP tours began.

Brad Marson Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Vantage Management: “The Grand Opening was an opportunity for us to showcase The Gallery Bethesda as a centerpiece in the redevelopment of the downtown Woodmont Triangle Neighborhood.  We were delighted to have so many of the local business owners and residents tour the community, be introduced to our exceptional staff and get a taste for the vibrancy that The Gallery has brought to this growing part of Bethesda.  It’s an exciting time in Bethesda’s history and we are excited to be at the center of it.”

Working their way to the top, visitors toured the building, following the beautiful balloon bouquets throughout the lobby. Each bouquet marked a feature/amenity exclusive to residents. Guests started at the wi-fi lobby, which is equipped with two iMac computers (and free wi-fi of course). Here they learned about the Gallery iSpy photo contest and their chance to win a raffle prize by identifying the location of close-up photos taken in the building. They were then led through the rest of the lobby: passing the concierge, sports club style fitness center, pet spa and up to the model apartments, with their tour ending at the rooftop sky lounge and pool.

Amongst the flawless decor were food and drink provided by The Loft at 4935, a local Chamber of Commerce business. The sky lounge was outfitted with even more surprises, a photo booth and candy bar for guests to enjoy. As the evening slowed down for our VIP guests, a special event just for Gallery’s residents began. This event was a time for the new residents to come together and celebrate their new home amongst their neighbors and community.  In a memorable moment, the whole gallery community came together to surprise one very special 7-year-old on her birthday.
