The land is located at 620 and 640 S Marshall Avenue in a location just east of the Kumeyaay Hwy north of the intersection of South Marshall Ave and El Cajon Blvd. One lot (620 S Marshall Ave) had a total lot size of approximately 12,132 Square Feet, while the other lot (640 S Marshall Ave) had a total of approximately 13,056 Square Feet. The buyer has plans to transform the location into a possible self-storage facility or a storage facility for dealership vehicles.
The land was purchased by SAS Attisha LLC. of La Mesa for $530,000.
The buyer was represented by Arby Eivazian of ACI, while the sellers, Dirk and Megan Cahaan of Spring Valley self-represented.
