Woodfield Investments Donates $10,000 To City

GAITHERSBURG, MD - Woodfield Investments, LLC, developers of The Residences at Hidden Creek, are pleased to announce that they have made a $10,000 donation to the city of Gaithersburg, MD, for youth sports programs supported by the Rosen Sports Fund. “This donation will open the door to many youths to participate in programs previously unavailable to them,” said Todd Jacobus, partner at Woodfield Investments. “Woodfield Investments is happy to be able to create these opportunities through this wonderful program,” added Greg Bonifield, partner at Woodfield Investments. “The Rosen Sports Fund has helped countless children learn and practice sports and we are glad our contribution helps continues this great program."

The $10,000 donation benefits the Rosen Sports Fund, created in memory of Samuel and Claire Rosen, grandparents of Marc Berk, a long time City resident and youth baseball coach. The mission of this Fund is to provide sports opportunities for those who, financially strained, would otherwise not be able to participate and are to be used to support existing programs or provide new opportunities for youth to be engaged in physical activity. "This donation will help many youths to participate in programs previously unavailable to them," said David Ludington, Sports Recreation Program Specialist for the city of Gaithersburg. "We thank Woodfield Investments for their generous donation."

Woodfield Investments is currently working on three projects in Charlotte, Gaithersburg, MD and Mt. Pleasant, SC representing 817 units and a total build out cost of $110 million with an additional 5 more projects in various stages of zoning entitlement and design.
