LeCesse Set to Break Ground on New Class-A Downtown Apartment Community in Orlando, Florida

ORLANDO, FL – LeCesse Development Corp. is set to break ground on one of its most ambitious projects this year, a 300-unit, best in class community in the SoDo district of Downtown Orlando. ECCO on Orange is part of an exciting, new, mixed-use project, Lucky’s Corner, which is set to feature a Lucky’s Market, Twistee Treat, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, la Madeline and more.

At ECCO on Orange, LeCesse will offer over 20 different floor plans including studios, one bedroom one bath, two bedroom two bath some with dens, as well as three bedroom two bath units. The centerpiece of the complex is a rooftop amenity area featuring a resort-style pool, a fitness center with yoga/CrossFit and a community lounge and clubroom.

Boasting skyline views, ECCO on Orange will be one of the most unique, and desirable apartment communities in the downtown area. With the combination of modern, spacious units, unbeatable amenity spaces with downtown Orlando skyline views, proximity to dining, retail, and many of Orlando’s top employers, ECCO on Orange will provide residents a true sense of home.

5G out of Miami, FL is the architect, and Roger B. Kennedy Construction is the general contractor. Verlander Landscape Architecture is the landscape architect and Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer.

Financing on the project was provided by Fifth Third Bank and Atlantic American Partners.

Residences will be available beginning in the fall of 2019.
