Asset Campus Housing Assumes Management of 345-Bed Student Housing Community in Ann Arbor

HOUSTON, TX - Asset Campus Housing has taken over management of 411 Lofts in Ann Arbor, Mich., which serves students attending the University of Michigan. 

The 345-bed, 101-unit community open-concept floor plans with large windows for one, two, three, and four bedroom lofts. Units feature 10-foot ceilings, full kitchens, flat-panel HDTV in living room, key card entry, energy efficient lighting and programmable thermostats.
