Dougherty Mortgage Closes $1.2 Million Fannie Mae Loan for Emporium Arms Multifamily Community

EMPORIUM, PA - Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $1.2 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Emporium Arms, a 75-unit age-restricted multifamily affordable housing property located in Emporium, Pennsylvania.  

The four-story apartment building was built in 1978 and amenities include on-site leasing office, a lobby, a community room in the lower level of the building, and a laundry room on each of the apartment floors.  The 20-year term, 20-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower Emporium Arms Associates.
