The new 145-unit Apartment Community is using seamless integration by bundling 365 Connect's Resident Services Portal and Online Leasing Center, as well as utilization of the 365 Channel Platform to implement features for its residents. The property is managed by Kaplan Management Company.

Through the 365 Resident Services Portal, Kaplan Management Company is now able to deliver a robust platform for their residents to interact with management, find community resources and access community content. The platform also allows resident services request, amenity reservations and a host of other services and resources geared to residents and their community. Utilizing the 365 Online Leasing Center, Kaplan Management Company has created an interactive extension of their leasing operations, allowing managers to post real time information on their website to attract new residents.
